Jupan, a modern kosher Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Las Vegas, is looking to hire a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our growing team.

🔪 Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a sushi chef

• Proficiency in preparing sushi rice, rolls, sashimi, and nigiri

• Strong knowledge of proper food handling, hygiene, and kitchen safety

• Must have valid certifications (food handler’s permit, etc.)

• Kosher kitchen experience is a plus, but not required

• A positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit

📍 Location: Las Vegas, NV
📅 Availability: Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
💼 Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
